Your account is locked and you are shown an upgrade page when you sign in. Nothing is deleted: your menu, orders and settings are kept for 30 days, so choosing a plan puts you back exactly where you left off.
No. The software runs in a normal web browser, so the counter PC, a tablet at the table and a phone in a rider's pocket all use the same address. The only optional download is a small Print Agent, if you want receipts to print silently in one tap.
Yes. Pakistani restaurants can submit sales to FBR's POS gateway with the fiscal invoice number printed on the receipt as a Tax Asaan–verifiable QR code, and PRA is supported for Punjab. Saudi restaurants can file through ZATCA (Fatoora).
Yes. The software runs in English, Arabic, Urdu and several other languages, with proper right-to-left layout for Arabic and Urdu. On a multi-branch account each branch can run in its own language and its own currency.
The till does. Cashiers stay signed in on the device and completed sales queue locally, then upload exactly once when the connection returns — so service continues and no sale is duplicated or lost.
Yes. Menu items, categories and customers import from CSV or XLSX, including items with sizes. A sample file to fill in is available on the import screen.

Yes. Multi-Branch lets one account run several outlets, each with its own tables, staff, till and takings — and its own currency and language, so a Lahore branch in rupees and a Dubai branch in dirhams work off the same login.
Your data is kept for 30 days after an account lapses, and reactivating brings all of it back. You can also export your orders, reports and customer lists to PDF, Excel or CSV at any time while the account is open.
Yes. Switch the Khata on and the till's Complete screen gets a toggle: put whatever is unpaid on a named customer's book, with their existing balance shown before you add to it. The sale still completes, still deducts stock and is still counted in your reports — it is simply not paid for yet. A Khata page shows who owes what and how long it has been owed, and taking a payment records the date, the previous balance, what was paid and what is left.
Yes, and by tapping rather than typing. Customers choose items from your menu inside WhatsApp — through a Meta catalog or tappable lists — pick a quantity and give an address, and the order arrives in your POS as a real order: the bell rings, the kitchen ticket prints and stock comes off. It runs on your own WhatsApp Business number through Meta's official Cloud API, and Sales by Channel shows what it brings in.
Yes. Once you have API access for your outlet from the platform, their orders arrive in the same list as your own website's and your counter's, ring the same bell, print the same kitchen tickets and deduct the same stock. Accepting or rejecting one answers the platform too, so an order is never silently left unanswered.
Yes. A thermal printer has no Arabic or Urdu letters built in, so those lines are drawn onto the paper as an image — joined up and read right to left, exactly as they look on screen. English lines are still printed as text by the printer itself, so an English menu prints exactly as fast as before.
The till keeps selling. Cashiers stay signed in on the till device, completed sales queue up on that machine and upload exactly once when the connection returns, so a sale can never be recorded twice. There is also an Offline Windows App that runs the whole system against its own copy of the database on the counter PC.
