Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of POS Beast (formerly Arriverr Restaurant Management), a brand of Arriverr Software Solutions ("Arriverr", "we"). Creating an account means accepting them.

The free trial

Every new account gets 7 days free with all features enabled. No card is required and nothing is charged. At the end of the trial the account is locked until a plan is chosen; your data is kept for 30 days, and choosing a plan restores everything exactly as it was.

One trial per restaurant. Opening repeat trials to avoid paying is grounds for us to close the accounts.

Subscriptions and payment

Plans are billed in advance for the period chosen. We raise an invoice; you pay by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa and send us the receipt; we activate the account, usually the same working day.

Prices, and changes to them

POS Beast (Arriverr Software Solutions) reserves the right to change the price of any plan, add-on or extra at any time and at its sole discretion — to increase it or to decrease it. This covers subscription plans, the Online Ordering & Bots add-on, extra branches, setup charges and messaging bundles.

A new price applies from your next billing period after the change. A period you have already paid for is never re-billed. Where we can, we tell you in the software and by email before a new price reaches your invoice. If you do not accept a new price, you may stop before your next renewal; continuing to use the service after the new price applies means you accept it.

By creating an account you confirm that you have read these terms and accept them, including this right to change prices.

Cancelling and refunds

You can stop at any time — simply do not renew. The account stays live until the end of the period you have paid for.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Your data

Your data is yours. We store and process it to run the service and for nothing else. You can export it at any time. If you leave, we keep it for 30 days and then delete it.

What you are responsible for

• Keeping your passwords private, and the staff logins you create.
• The accuracy of what you enter — particularly tax registration numbers and rates.
• Complying with the law where you trade, including tax and food safety. The software helps you file; it does not make you compliant.
• Not using the service for anything unlawful, and not attempting to reach other customers' data.

What we are responsible for

Keeping the service running and your data safe, fixing faults, and being straight with you about problems. We aim for continuous availability but cannot promise it: shared hosting, connectivity and third-party tax gateways are all outside our control. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.

Tax integrations

FBR, PRA and ZATCA integrations submit what you enter, in the format each authority requires. If an authority rejects an invoice we show you their reason. We cannot be responsible for an authority's own outages, rule changes, or for figures you have entered incorrectly.

Suspension

We may suspend an account for non-payment, for use that endangers the service or other customers, or for unlawful use. Except where the law requires otherwise, we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you have paid us in the previous twelve months. We are not liable for lost profits or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the software and by email at least 30 days beforehand.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Sialkot have jurisdiction.
