Privacy Policy

This policy covers Arriverr Software Solutions ("we") and the POS Beast restaurant management service (formerly Arriverr Restaurant Management). It is written to be read rather than to protect us, so it says what actually happens.

What we collect

When you create an account

Your name, your restaurant's name, email address, phone number, country and city. We also record the IP address and browser you signed up from — this is how we notice one person opening ten trial accounts, and it is the only thing we use it for.

When you use the software

Everything you enter: your menu, orders, customers, staff, stock and settings. This is your business data. We store it so the software works. We do not read it, mine it, sell it, or use it to train anything.

When you visit the website

If Google Analytics is enabled, standard anonymous traffic statistics. No advertising trackers, no data brokers, no session recording.

What we never do

• Sell or rent your data, or your customers' data, to anyone.
• Use your sales figures, recipes or customer lists for any purpose of our own.
• Email your customers. Your customer list is yours; we never contact it.

Who can see your data

Your own staff, according to the permissions you give them. Our support staff can look at an account only to answer a support request — every such sign-in is logged and appears in the account's own history, so you can see it happened.

How long we keep it

While your account is open, and for 30 days after it lapses, so you can come back to it. After that the restaurant's data is deleted. Your account record (name, email, dates) is kept for our own accounting.

You can ask us to delete everything sooner. Write to info@arriverr.com from the account's email address and we will do it within seven days.

Where it is stored

On servers rented from our hosting provider. Backups are held in the same way. We do not transfer data outside those systems.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Most of it you can already export yourself: every report in the software exports to PDF, Excel and CSV.

Cookies

A session cookie so you stay signed in, and a "remember me" cookie if you tick that box. Google Analytics sets its own if it is enabled. Nothing else.

If something goes wrong

If your data were ever exposed, we would tell you — by email and in the software — within 72 hours of finding out, with what happened and what we were doing about it.
