Arriverr Partner Program Terms

These terms form the agreement between you (the "Partner") and Arriverr Software Solutions ("Arriverr", "we", "us") for taking part in the Arriverr Partner Program. By applying to the program, or by using a referral link or code after you have been approved, you accept them. If you apply on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.

1. Joining the program

• Anybody may apply from the Partner Program page. Every application is reviewed by a person, and Arriverr may approve it, decline it, or ask for more information — including proof of identity or of the business you represent — before deciding.
• The information in your application and in your partner account must be true and kept up to date. One partner account is allowed per person or business.
• Your account is personal to you. Keep your password private; everything done with it is treated as done by you.
• An email address used as an Arriverr restaurant login cannot also be used as a partner login.

2. How a referral is credited to you

• After approval you receive a unique referral link and referral code, shown in your partner dashboard.
• A restaurant is credited to you when it creates a new Arriverr account within 90 days of opening your referral link, or when your referral code is entered on the sign-up form. If a restaurant uses more than one partner's link, the most recent one counts. A code typed on the sign-up form takes precedence over a link.
• Only new restaurant accounts can be referred. A restaurant that already has, or recently had, an Arriverr account is not a new referral.
• You may not refer yourself, your own restaurant, or an account opened with your own email address or phone number.
• Where a referral was not recorded automatically — for example because the restaurant signed up on a different device — Arriverr may credit it to you by hand on reasonable evidence. Arriverr's records decide which partner, if any, a restaurant is credited to.

3. Commission

• You earn 20% of every qualifying payment a restaurant credited to you makes to Arriverr, for as long as the restaurant keeps paying, provided your partner account is in good standing when the payment is received.
• Qualifying payments are subscription fees for Arriverr plans — the first payment, every renewal, and any unpaid subscription months brought forward onto a later invoice — once the invoice is recorded as paid.
• Not qualifying: one-time setup, installation or onboarding charges; late fees; SMS, WhatsApp and email messaging bundles; taxes and bank charges; subscriptions bought through Google Play or any other app store; and anything paid before the restaurant was credited to you.
• Commission is calculated and paid in the currency the restaurant paid in. A restaurant paying 5 OMR earns you commission in OMR; a restaurant paying in PKR earns it in PKR.
• Arriverr may agree a different rate with an individual partner. Any such rate is shown in your partner dashboard and applies to payments received after it is set.
• Each commission is recorded with the rate and rules in force on the day the payment was received, and is not recalculated if those later change.

4. Holding period, refunds and reversals

• A commission appears in your dashboard as soon as the payment is recorded. It is held as pending for 14 days, which covers the refund window Arriverr offers its customers, and then becomes available for payout.
• If the payment behind a commission is refunded, reversed, charged back, or found to be fraudulent or made in error, the commission is reversed. If it has already been paid to you, the same amount is deducted from your future commissions.
• Commissions arising from any breach of these terms are not payable and may be reversed at any time.

5. Payouts

• Arriverr pays available commission to the payout method saved in your partner account — bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, PayPal or Wise — normally once a month. Each payout is in a single currency and settles the commissions listed on its statement.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your payout details. Arriverr is not liable for a payment sent to details you provided. For your protection, every change to them is confirmed to you by email.
• Arriverr may delay a payout while verifying your identity, your payout details or the referrals behind it, and may combine small balances into a later payout.
• Any charges made by your bank, wallet or payment provider for receiving a payout are yours. You are responsible for declaring and paying any tax due on your commission in your own country.
• Your statements, and a PDF of every payout, are available in your partner dashboard at any time.

6. How you may promote Arriverr

You may share your link with restaurants personally, on your website, in your social media posts and in content you create, provided that you:

• describe Arriverr honestly, and do not promise prices, discounts, features or results that Arriverr does not offer;
• make clear that you are an independent partner and not Arriverr itself — never use Arriverr's name, logo or website design in a way that suggests otherwise;
• do not send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, and follow the law on electronic marketing wherever you promote;
• do not bid on "Arriverr" or misspellings of it as keywords in paid search advertising, or register domain names or social accounts containing it;
• do not use cookie stuffing, pop-ups, hidden links, automated clicks or any other method that credits a referral the restaurant did not knowingly make; and
• do not offer cash-back, a share of your commission or any other incentive to sign up, without Arriverr's written permission.

7. Restaurants, data and confidentiality

• Restaurants you refer become Arriverr's customers, under Arriverr's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Arriverr alone decides whether to accept, price, suspend or close any account.
• Your dashboard shows each referred restaurant's name, location, plan, status and the payments your commission was earned on. It does not show owners' contact details, and you must never ask a restaurant for its Arriverr login or access its account.
• Keep confidential anything about Arriverr or its customers that you learn through the program and that is not public.

8. Suspension and termination

• You may leave the program at any time by telling Arriverr. Commission that has already cleared is paid in the next payout cycle.
• Arriverr may suspend or close your partner account if you breach these terms, if your referrals show signs of fraud or abuse, or if the program is withdrawn. While your account is suspended no new commission is earned, and your referral link and code stop crediting referrals.
• If your account is closed for a breach, commission that has not yet been paid is forfeited.

9. Relationship and liability

• You take part as an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms makes you an employee, agent, franchisee or legal representative of Arriverr, and you may not make any commitment on Arriverr's behalf.
• To the extent the law allows, Arriverr's total liability to you under the program is limited to the commission paid to you in the twelve months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Changes to these terms

• Arriverr may update these terms, including the commission rate, from time to time. Every version is numbered and dated, and you will be told of a new version by email and in your dashboard.
• Changes apply to payments received after the new version takes effect. Where a new version must be accepted, your dashboard asks you to accept it before you continue; if you do not wish to accept it, you may leave the program.

11. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Sialkot have jurisdiction. If a translation of these terms differs from this English version, the English version applies.
