Do these in order
Settings
The Settings page is admin-only and is split into tabs across the top: Restaurant Info, Logo & Receipt, Currency, Region & Language, Thermal Receipt, Tax & Discount, Modules, Loyalty, Tax Integration, Integrations, Shortcuts and What's New.
Work through them in the order below. Each tab has its own Save Settings button, and saving one tab never disturbs the others.
- 1 Fill in Restaurant Info — your name, address and phone number.
- 2 Upload your logo and write the receipt header and footer on Logo & Receipt.
- 3 Choose your country and language on Region & Language — the currency follows from the country.
- 4 Set how amounts are formatted on Currency.
- 5 Set up printing on Thermal Receipt.
- 6 Set your tax rates and default discount on Tax & Discount.
- 7 Switch on the optional features you need on Modules.
Restaurant Information
Settings → Restaurant Info
This is who you are. Every field here ends up printed on paper somewhere, so type it the way you want a customer to read it.
Restaurant Name is the only field marked required. It prints in large letters at the top of every receipt and heads every exported report.
Tagline is a short line under the name — it appears on your exported reports and, if you run the online store, on the website.
Address and City print on the receipt and are joined together on the letterhead of every PDF and Excel export.
Phone prints on the receipt after Tel: and on every export.
Email and Website do not print on the thermal receipt, but they do appear on the letterhead of exported reports.
Tax Number / Registration prints on the receipt after Tax#:. Fill it in if your customers or your tax office expect to see it.
- 1 Open Settings and stay on the Restaurant Info tab.
- 2 Fill in each box.
- 3 Tap Save Settings.

Where those details turn up later
On the customer receipt: the name in capitals at the top, then the address, then Tel: and the phone, then Tax#: and your tax number, then your receipt header text.
On every PDF, Excel and CSV export from the Reports menu: the logo, the name, the tagline, the address and city, the phone, the email, the website and the tax number, as a letterhead above the figures.
On the online store, if you run one — although the store has its own name and contact fields that override these.
Fill this tab in before you print your first real receipt. A receipt printed with the wrong address is a receipt you have to explain to a customer.
Logo & Receipt Text
Settings → Logo & Receipt
Restaurant Logo takes an image file up to 2MB. A PNG with a transparent background prints best. Once uploaded it is shown above the box as Current logo.
Receipt Header Text appears at the top of the receipt, below the logo. Use it for a branch name, a slogan or an offer.
Receipt Footer Text is the closing line, for example "Thank you for dining with us!". If you leave it blank the receipt prints "Thank you for visiting!".
The logo also becomes the letterhead image on your exported reports.
Thermal printers print in black and white only. A logo with fine grey detail turns into a smudge — a bold, simple mark prints best.
Whether the logo prints at all is controlled by Show logo on receipt on the Thermal Receipt tab. Uploading a logo is only half the job.
Region & Language
Settings → Region & Language
Country is a searchable list — start typing in the Search country box and pick yours.
Choosing the country fills in Currency and Currency Symbol for you. Both stay editable, so you can correct them if you prefer a different symbol.
Language sets the language the whole software is displayed in. Six are built in: English (Default), Urdu, Arabic, French, Russian and Spanish.
Urdu and Arabic also flip the layout right to left, so the sidebar and the tables read the way your staff do.
The change takes effect across the whole app as soon as you tap Save Settings.
The language you choose here is the language of the software, not of your menu. Your dish names always stay exactly as you typed them.
Time Zone
Settings → Region & Language
Time Zone sets the clock printed on receipts and shown in reports and attendance. The common choices are listed first with the current time beside each one, and every other zone is below them.
Get this right before you take your first order. It decides which day a late-night sale belongs to, and a wrong time zone makes every report look wrong by a few hours.
Currency formatting
Settings → Currency
The currency and its symbol come from your country on the Region & Language tab. This tab only decides how amounts are written.
Decimal Places: 0 for whole amounts like 100, 2 for 100.00, or 3 for 100.000.
Symbol Position: Before amount, as in $100.00, or After amount, as in 100.00$.
A live Preview under the two boxes shows exactly how an amount will look everywhere in the software.
A rupee restaurant that never uses paisa
- Country: Pakistan, which fills the symbol in as the rupee sign.
- Decimal Places: 0.
- Symbol Position: Before amount.
- A bill of one thousand two hundred and fifty then reads as the symbol followed by 1,250 on the screen, on the receipt and in every report.
This chapter describes the software as it is today. Every account gets the same guide inside the product, searchable and printable.
