Every line arrives as an item id and a quantity from Meta's own interactive messages. There is no text to interpret, so it works identically in Urdu, Arabic and English.
Customers order by tapping your menu inside WhatsApp
Your customers already message you to order, and somebody reads those messages and types them into the till by hand. Instead, the customer taps items out of your menu inside WhatsApp — items, quantity, address, all by tapping — and the order appears on your POS as a real order. Nothing is typed, so nothing can be misread.

It runs on your own WhatsApp Business number through Meta's official Cloud API — not a browser add-on, and not an unofficial bot that gets numbers banned.

Create a Meta app and connect a WhatsApp Business number you are not using in the app on a phone.
Settings → Integrations → Social Ordering: paste your Phone number ID and a permanent access token.
Copy the Callback URL and Verify token shown there into Meta → WhatsApp → Configuration, and subscribe to "messages".
Optionally connect a Meta catalog so customers browse your dishes with photos; without one the bot sends your menu as tappable lists.
